11am Friday - leave
home Shrewsbury , Shropshire. 11am following Monday - arrive work

hours later, 1230 miles, 24 hours driving, average speed
50 mph,
average fuel cumsumpion 25 mpg. 9 hours sleep
A
great time had by all 11 of us. My son Tom's first visit to
Le Mans. Now he wants to go back. 400 fantastic cars from the
1920's up
to the 1970's. Great racing for 24 hours. Wonderful atmosphere,
great company, and
great food.
